I have the right to refuse a commission request that I'm not comfortable with.

I'm allowed to use the finished commission, either in my portfolio or on my social networks.

I require to be credited properly, either with my username or a direct link to one of my social networks.

Copying/editing/stealing my artwork is prohibited.

Using my artwork for NFT or any other cryptocurrency related topic is strictly prohibited.

The client must provide clear indications and references, either images, descriptive text or a complete reference sheet of the character.

My native language is Spanish. So, first of all I ask for patience with my response time and my writing.

Once your commission is accepted, it will be added to my commission queue. If you want your name to be anonymous or you don't want it to be on the list, let me know in advance.

Payment is in dollars and is made through a paypal invoice. This has a maximum term of 48 hours after being sent.

For illustrations, payment must be in full, and for live2D commissions, 50% of the total price must be paid in advance.

In case the client requires a refund, 100% of the payment will be refunded. The refund request must be made before the first sketch or preview is approved. If the work is already half finished or almost finished, refunds won't be accepted.

If the client needs his project to be finished in advance, an extra 10% of the total price will be charged.

Any illustration work is for personal use only.

As mentioned before, it's a priority that the client provide a clear reference of the character and indications for the commision.

The design must be your own, otherwise the commission request will be rejected.

Previews will be sent to the client for corrections. Communication is important to me, so don't be shy to correct me!

The delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks, and the client will receive the PNG file in high resolution. This will be sent via Stash.or, drive or email, according to the client's convenience.

It's important that the client provides a complete reference of the character. Single images or moodboards will not be accepted as reference sheets.

The design must be your own, stolen/copied designs are prohibited.

It's important that the PSD file is clean and tidy. In case of mistakes in the layers, the client will be notified for contact the artist and fix the PSD.

An extra charge of +$10 will be charged in case you prefer me to fix the PSD file.

I can draw/rig both male and female characters. In case of hybrid characters, only kemonomimis (only animal ears and tail) are allowed.

For more complex characters an additional fee will be charged (costume details, extra accessories, mechanical parts, etc.)

In most cases, I will not rig finished models. I require the rigger's permission to proceed, otherwise, I will not accept.

Models rigged by myself and needing an update/addition of toggles or accessories, will be charged a lower fee than the original (only 30% of the price).

Canvas size for model art is approximately 3000x7000 px. Texture size is usually 4096 px.

Estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 weeks, this is because I work on several projects simultaneously. Anyway, you can always ask me about the progress of your commission and I will respond as soon as possible. Or you can check my commission queue.

For rigging works, before the end of the commission, the model will be sent to be tested by the client. It's requested that the model is shared only between the rigger and the client, not including third parties.
